Coming at you from * HERE *

We decided to take a last minute mini-vaca and have some fun before the girls go back to their normal pre-school schedule. That is one thing I love about my hubs...he is pretty spontaneous. I usually like more time to plan things out, but it worked out perfectly. We had nothing, nada, zero things planned for the rest of this week, so it was a great idea. Plus, this place is just outside of Austin. Not a very long road trip at all!

We have been enjoying the outdoors - chilly outdoors, I should say. I love it tho. This place is very open and right along the Colorado River. We have been enjoying most of our time right here on site, but yesterday we did get out for a drive to the Blue Bell Ice Cream Factory. The tour was nice and short and then they took us right into the country store for our 2-scoop sample of any flavor we wanted. WOW...they really do have some good ice cream! The girls opted for their favorite...VANILLA. I tried their newest flavor - MOO tracks. Yum!

STill not sure what we're doing today. Probably going into town...Austin. IKEA is calling my name, plus I saw a commercial saying that they are having their 20-60% holiday sale. OMG! I must go :-)

Well gang...you're not going to be seeing anything crafty from me for a while. I've taken somewhat of a break. I have to clean out my room and re-organize, but haven't gotten there yet. I can barely walk in it right now, so I'm just not going to craft until it's completely made over. That could be a while. So until then, you're going to get lots of pictures!!
